Frederick is a partner of Silbowitz, Garafola, Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick, L.L.P. and is a seasoned trial attorney who has achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on cases severely undervalued by insurance carriers and defense attorneys. Howard holds the distinction of being awarded the 2012 New York Law Journal’s recognition for having the #1 Medical Malpractice Verdict and the #1 Motor Vehicle Passenger Verdict in the State of New York. Howard has been a selectee for Excellence in Practice from 2012 to present by Super Lawyers, and selected as a Top Attorney in the New York Metro Area for those same years. Howard has also pioneered the use of 3D technology in the courtroom that has been used to supplement the testimony of his expert neurosurgeon.

Howard’s outstanding record of winning multi-million dollar jury verdicts has attracted plenty of media coverage, and he has been cited by numerous legal writers. davidaminovDavid Aminov

A New York City native, Mr. Aminov joined the firm in 2015, bringing with him a singular focus on personal injury since Day 1 of his admission to the Bar. His areas of practice include municipal liability, automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, construction accidents, negligent school supervision of minors, and more. His aggressive, leave-no-stone-unturned approach has led to even the most seemingly hopeless cases turning into six-figure awards and settlements. He has participated in trials throughout New York City and Long Island, argued in front of the state’s appellate courts, attended countless mediations and arbitrations, and is an outstanding researcher and legal writer.
